What I learned

I chose this assignment because it best represents the skills and knowledge I gained in my operations management course. Through this work, I learned the importance of organization, communication, leadership, and problem-solving within healthcare administration and management settings. The assignment helped me better understand how healthcare operations are managed efficiently while balancing teamwork, patient care, and administrative responsibilities.

 

This experience was meaningful to me because it gave me a better understanding of project management, workplace professionalism, and handling conflict in professional environments. I also learned how important strong communication, teamwork, and decision-making are when managing healthcare operations and working with others. These are valuable skills that will continue to help me in future leadership, business, and management roles.
