About Me
I am a passionate and driven leader who enjoys taking initiative and bringing ideas to life. I am naturally ambitious and love opportunities where I can organize, guide, and build something meaningful. Leadership is important to me because I care deeply about impact, especially within communities that need stronger support and advocacy. As the founder and president of the Ethnics Mental Wellness Association, I focus on creating safe spaces for conversations around mental health in ethnic communities. I am also developing Women Empowerment and Leadership Development, reflecting my commitment to uplifting and empowering others. I am confident in sales, social media strategy, outreach, and organizational development, and I enjoy using these skills to grow projects and connect with people.
I am open to trying new opportunities and stepping outside of my comfort zone in order to grow. My experience includes social media management, event planning, community engagement, fundraising coordination, and team leadership. I am skilled at building relationships, managing responsibilities, and turning vision into action. I am especially interested in roles that allow me to lead, think strategically, and make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. While I am passionate about entrepreneurship and business, I also value balance and sustainability in my work. I strive to be a strong, resilient leader who continues learning, improving, and creating lasting impact in every space I enter.
Why Health Services Management?
I chose Health Services Management because it combines leadership, strategy, and community impact in a meaningful way. I am naturally drawn to leadership roles and enjoy organizing, guiding teams, and improving systems. Healthcare is one of the most important systems in any community, and I want to understand how it operates behind the scenes. Learning the leadership side of healthcare allows me to see how decisions are made, how services are delivered, and how organizations can improve access and quality of care.
I also care deeply about community well being, especially for underserved and ethnic communities. Health Services Management gives me the skills to create change at a systems level, not just at an individual level. I am interested in developing strong skills in communication, problem solving, strategic planning, and operations. This field prepares me to lead teams, manage organizations, and improve healthcare services in a way that is both impactful and sustainable.
