Non Profit Final Analysis
This artifact was completed in my Management in the Nonprofit Sector course and focuses on an analysis of the nonprofit organization Keep Indianapolis Beautiful. In this assignment, I examined how the organization operates, manages resources, and carries out its mission to improve environmental quality and community engagement in Indianapolis. The analysis helped me better understand nonprofit management practices, including leadership, program impact, and organizational effectiveness.

What I learned
I chose this assignment because it reflects the skills and understanding I developed in my Management in the Nonprofit Sector course. I focused on an analysis of Keep Indianapolis Beautiful, which allowed me to better understand how nonprofit organizations operate, manage resources, and create impact within their communities. I am proud of this assignment because it shows my ability to think critically about how nonprofits function and how they contribute to environmental and community improvement.
This assignment was meaningful to me because it gave me a deeper understanding of nonprofit management and the real work that goes into running an organization that serves the public good. It also helped me build skills in analysis, organization, and understanding leadership in a nonprofit setting. These are skills that will be valuable in my future career as I continue to grow in leadership, business, and community-focused work.
